Lodeware is by design based on the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of the data. We protect your sensitive, private information from unauthorized access.

At the same time, we protect your data from deletion or modification from any unauthorized party. All data is stored online for as long as it is required by local regulations.

The platform is ISO-27001 and ISO-9001 certified, SOC 1 and 2 reports and Pen tests are done on a regular basis by an independent auditor and are available upon request.

Data Protection
Your data is protected by multiple layers of security, including Perimeter Firewalls, reverse proxy, and authentication server before accessing the application server and the database behind it. The protection is verified regularly by an independent penetration testing company A-Ling.

Infrastructure
LodeWare is hosted on the world-leading data hosting solutions, Equinix, AWS, and Macquarie telecom. The services are independently auditioned according to the highest security standards.

Team
Team for the Information System Security is responsible for physical, network, and application security of the platform, ground on annually reviewed formal IT policies and procedures.

Availability and backup
The platform provides redundancy at all architecture layers, eliminating any single point of failure and protecting data from unauthorized access. Additionally, we ensure that if an authorized person makes a change that should not have been made the damage can be reversed, through regular validation of the data backups and recovery procedures, with full disaster recovery tests are performed regularly.
